Forum Upgraded.. again

Hey all,

Last night I upgraded the forum software. It has a modern look, and feel now with better functionality. Over time I'll add back modifications to give it a custom look, and add features including the portal style widgets, and social networking plugins.

There was some initial spam, but I just added more registration safeguards, and will continue to improve the spam control features.

I should also be able to add moderators now, and help you guys get more involvement out of this community. Before the upgrade the permissions were a little messed up ever since I transitioned the database to a new platform.
