Palm Reading Basics

Can anyone run through the basics of the ancient art of palmistry?

I was having dinner with this hb last night, and during coffee, I held her and stroked her hands.

I think that a bit of palmistry would have been appropriate, at that particular moment!

Also, for cold-reading during sarges!
