Adding a Journals / Newbie Mission Forum

I think that these newbie mission posts are really beneficial, where over a couple of months you do over 100 sets, and keep track of it in your journal.

In fact it is such a good idea, that I am going to add another discussion forum, where everyone can create their own Journal archive.
