FMR and LMR

Just a note for ya'll, in The Annihilation Method Videos, mystery guest teaches.

He now refers to "approach anxiety" as First Minute Resistance, and LMR as LMR. He does this to compare the two differences in males/females, and I think using it this way helps guys understand the genetic component to their anxiety, and that woman have a seperate but equal anxiety they struggle with.
